About Employability;

EmployAbility is the leading force for a truly disability inclusive workplace. We support, advise and advocate on behalf of talented neurodiverse and disabled university students to help build the career they deserve. We are the only organisation providing free, direct support to neurodiverse and disabled students in terms of individualised adjustments advice and advocacy. We are a not for profit organisation, offering and charging employers for our consultancy services, so that we can provide free support to further the rights of disabled people.
We run first year, internship, and graduate programmes, as well as vacation schemes and training contract opportunities, with our inclusive employer partners. Applying through us, your students and graduates can be confident that they will be competing on a level playing field and be provided with full support. 

We have supported more than 15,000 students with disabilities towards professional success. Our employer partners include Google, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, Meta and many others. In collaboration with these organisations, we offer fantastic workplace opportunities. When a student applies for one of these programs, we provide individualised support, to ensure that they have reasonable and appropriate accommodations, to ensure their equal opportunity. All conversations with students remain confidential, and we do not share information about disability with an employer.
