Position: Service Desk Administrator

Location: Gdansk

Responsibilities: 1st line of Customer support for customer end users, technical support:

  • Providing Technical support to customers on phone or chats to solve their technical problems reported.
  • Identifying hardware and software solutions.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults.
  • Resolving network or computer issues.
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software.
  • Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
  • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
  • Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
  • Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
  • Managing multiple cases at one time.

Team: Hires will be part of our 300 member Service Desk operations team based in Gdansk who are proving technical support across 20 language desks across multiple client accounts.

Required skills:

  • Fluent in Swedish or German language
  • University degree or High school degree with education in the field of computer is an advantage
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role is an asset (not applicable for Freshers applying for the job)
  • Basic knowledge of Computers, Operating systems, Internet.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software is an asset (Not applicable to Freshers)
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Good Customer relationship management skills

Salary: 5200-5700 pln gross/month for fresh graduates without experience. For candidates who have experience, it depends on years of experience
