Zakres obowiązków:
– processing reports of technical problems as 1st Line Telephone Customer Service,
– diagnosing the problems and trying to solve them,
– forwarding requests to other departments if no other solution is possible,
– ensuring the quality of communication,
– registering and analyzing reports,
– suggesting improvements and optimizations.

Wymagania:
– fluency in English and German (at least B2).
– high-level communication skills,
familiarity with computer hardware construction,
– knowledge of MS Windows 8/8.1/10. and MS Office 2013/2016/2019 package,
– team-oriented attitude.
